Club History 1

            This club, this band of friends, has a rich history with its roots in the days that followed World War II. It is a history replete with stories of humor, accomplishment, sadness, achievement, drama and even some tragedy. And now this history is being lost, buried in time.

            We are trying to gather the remaining fragments of history, from past members or their descendents and the memories of current members. From this, we will build a history of this club. We want to leave to those who follow a genuine appreciation of the effort and sweat, which went into the creation and growth of this club.

            To this end we ask you to look thru your photos for pictures of past club events. Check your scrap books for newspaper articles that you may have kept, and take a few moments to reflect upon those memorable experiences you have had at the club. Please send them to us at P.O.
